Farzaneh

The house had a great atmosphere. t's not far from Laval University, the Saint Lawrence River / promenade champlin (for walking), the Laurier shopping center, and the Sainte-Foy bus station. Also, Farzaneh was very accommodating and the other roomates very welcolming x)

Logement très fiable comme les photos, adapté à des colocataires calmes. Chose à savoir et que je ne savais pas en arrivant, si vous êtes une femme, vous serez nécessairement la seule du logement (qui comprend au maximum 5 colocataires).

The room indeed merits all the nice comments people gave it. I really enjoyed my stay

The room is spacious and well equipped. The proximity of the house to convenient stores, parks and gardens makes it practical for one keen on limiting their carbon footprint. Farzaneh is a lovely, caring and kind host, made sure I had everything I needed throughout my short stay.
